Inventergy Global, Inc. (the “Company”) was unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K (“Form 10-K”) for the period ended December 31, 2015 on a timely basis because the Company required additional time to provide a valuation of certain of its assets in a form acceptable to its auditors in order to finalize the Form 10-K. The Company anticipates that it will file the Form 10-K no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.

Revenue for the year ended December 31, 2015 is expected to be $4,888,302 compared to $719,267 for the year ended December 31, 2014. The increase is primarily due to $4,000,000 received from the sale of two patent families in 2015. The net loss for the year ended December 31, 2014 was $20,521,470. The net loss for the year ended December 31, 2015 will be finalized upon completion of the valuation of certain of the Company’s assets in a form acceptable to its auditors.
